Button for the ISU LGBTAA (Iowa State University Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Ally Alliance).

This one I really like. The original version also included heterophobia (heterosexism) but most people aren't familiar with that one and I figure the other people on the Cabinet wouldn't like that one as much.

It feels a bit empty, though. No color, no flashiness, who would wear a button like that? Just saying... You should want it to stand out more, no?

Well I tried but any color I added either made it seem violent or like it dulled the force of the message. I think the starkness of the black and white works the best and hopefully people will like it. If you have suggestions for color combinations, feel free to let me know.

Why not use the signature rainbow?

Again it really takes away from the dynamic quality of the message. Also the group I'm making it for, I'm sure they'd like something LGBT related that ISN'T rainbow for a change. It's nice but pretty much everything we have is in rainbow.

I figured that. I like rainbows, don't get me wrong, but the LGBT community tends to overdo it.
